Selling to the County
The Peach County Purchasing Department is constantly looking for suppliers of the varied goods and services it procures. What do we purchase? Almost everything. The business of the county government consumes large amounts of goods and services.
Any business enterprise desiring to be listed on the county's Vendor List may do so by submitting a request to be added to the bid list for future and upcoming bids.
The purchasing department is responsible for the acquisition of materials, supplies, equipment, various services including architectural and engineering services and public work projects (excluding road and bridge projects which are handled by the County Engineer).
Peach County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive formalities, to re-advertise and/or to award the contract in the best interest of the County, and to retain any and all Bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of bid opening.
