Alcohol License

Peach County issues alcohol licenses in accordance with Chapter 6 of our Official Code of Ordinances.

You can apply for a new alcohol license or renew your existing license by using the Georgia Department of Revenue's new centralized alcohol application process. This new portal is designated for retail alcohol initial license registrations and renewals. With this new system, all local and state retail alcohol alcohol applications will uniformly be submitted through the Georgia Tax Center (GTC).

Applications for Breweries, Wineries, and Distilleries will not use this new system; applications would be processed seperately at the state and local levels.

To register a New Business for a Retail Alcohol License:

• Navigate to the GTC website at https://gtc.dor.ga.gov and click the Register a New Georgia Business hyperlink.

To register an Existing Business for a Retail Alcohol License:

• Navigate to the GTC website at https://gtc.dor.ga.gov and log into your GTC account.
