Public Buildings

The Public Buildings Division is managed by Marcal Knolton, Building Superintendent. The division is responsible for maintaining 386,000 square feet of building space. The division's responsibility includes maintenance of all County buildings and building grounds including the courthouse, law enforcement center, libraries, fire stations, Spruce Street complex among others. Custodial services are also provided by the Public Building Department. The Public Roads and Sidewalks Division is also called upon to construct smaller new facilities and facilities maintenance.
