Peach County Probate Court

The Probate Court is a court of limited jurisdiction responsible for the probating or proving of all wills of Peach County residents. The Probate Court also handles traffic citations, vital records, marriage licenses, firearms licenses, estates, guardianships of minors and incapacitated adults along with numerous miscellaneous duties. It is a court of record, so all documents filed here must be recorded in minute books and kept permanently available to the public.

General Information

We are located on the first floor of the Peach County Courthouse. Our hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may come in anytime to apply for a marriage license, firearms license, copies of vital records and to file documents for estates and guardianships.
