The Peach County Board of Commissioners is now accepting applications for the following vacancy:
General Engineering Manager, Storm Water – Full-Time with Benefits
Commensurate with Experience and Education

This position is responsible for addressing storm water issues within Peach County and ensuring compliance with all related Federal, State, and Local storm water codes, regulations, and NPDES generated Best Management Practices (BMPs). The position will direct and supervise the Storm Water Division of the Public Works Department, provide technical engineering regarding storm water management, and review storm water plans and projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferred. One (1) year supervisory experience preferred or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Applicants must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license and pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check.
