Bid Packages for Sealed Bid 10-008 will be opened Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 10:15 am in the Public Meeting Room of the Peach County Courthouse. Peach County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive formalities, to re-advertise and/or to award the contract in the best interest of the County, and to retain any and all Bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of bid opening. Specification Packages are available by download above, or in the Peach County Purchasing Office, Suite 206, 205 West Church Street, Fort Valley, GA 31030. They may be picked up Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. Certificate of liability Insurance and tax ID is required.
